"I just moved all my insurance to State Farm through Mike Kistler, and I’m honestly blown away by the whole experience. First of all State Farm itself is just a rock-solid company. The coverage options are excellent, claims are handled fast and fairly and their pricing is surprisingly competitive once you bundle everything. Second , Mike Kistler is hands-down the best agent I’ve ever face with. He spent a ton of time going over my needs, found every possible discount, and ended up saving me a lot of money while actually increasing my coverage. He answers texts and calls almost instantly, explains everything in plain language, and genuinely cares that you’re taken care of. The entire process was painless, professional, and even kind of fun because Mike has such a great attitude. He followed up after everything was done just to make sure I was happy. If you’re thinking about State Farm or already with them and want a better agent, do yourself a huge favor and call Mike Kistler in Boise.
